Green‘s Steakhouse & Grill was established in 2012 by Brad Green. Green’s Steakhouse & Grill is an upmarket chain of restaurants selling the finest steaks, gourmet burgers, ribs, wings accompanied by an excellent wine, champagne and cocktail menu. In 2018, Green’s won Best Grill and Steakhouse of the Year in London in the Travel and Hospitality awards.
Green’s Steakhouse & Grill has opened two franchised restaurants in Southgate North London and Bracknell. They plan to open more restaurants across the UK and looking for experienced franchise partners to join their success story.
The development cost of a Green’s restaurant difficult to predict and can vary considerable depending on both location and your budget. Green’s restaurants have been open for as little as circa £80,000 being spent on development and up to and in excess of circa ten times this.
The restaurant must open with all development costs having been footed and a running/opening balance to facilitate the success of the initial period.
In 2019 Green’s will take on a maximum of three new franchises only, to ensure smooth and predictable growth.
