Catriona Berry QFP is Operations Manager at the British Franchise Association. Her main remit is to drive engagement and offer support within the membership, increasing the benefit of having an accreditation and looking to acquire new members as part of the association’s aim to represent over 50% of UK business format franchise systems in the UK. She forges and maintains strong relationships with franchisors and helps them with their business goals by sharing her expertise.

Catriona has over 25 years of experience in the franchising industry, holding a variety of positions with major operators in the industry, with an outstanding track record of delivering results in business sales development, account management and business operations, among other areas.

Before joining the bfa, Catriona had worked as a business development manager at Drain Doctor, a franchise development manager at Metro Rod, and a brand operations manager at Merry Maids, the latter part of the ServiceMaster Group.
