We are looking for an outstanding operating partner with a strong commitment to growing their people to partner with Panda Express® to open the UK market.

The ideal partner is a current multi-unit franchisee of an international brand with experience in: operating restaurants; developing people; sourcing, designing and building new restaurants; being a strategic marketing partner for the brand (including culinary development), expertise sourcing and evaluating vendors; and managing food safety and quality assurance programs.

Ideal Partner

• Current multi-unit franchisee of an international limited serve restaurant brand
• Has a demonstrated commitment to growing their people
• Has experience developing, designing and building new restaurants
• Can be a strategic marketing partner for the brand (including culinary development)
• Has experience sourcing and evaluating suppliers
• Has experience managing food safety and quality assurance programs
• Has a dedicated qualified support team in key business areas
