After launching in January 2022 from a humble home kitchen, we've taken massive strides. From operating in a dark kitchen to opening our very own Fast Casual restaurant; all within the space of 2 years! In 2025 we have launched our Franchise Programme. After recently securing a 100-store global deal to bring Sabrosa Tacos to India and the Middle-East, we’re looking for like-minded operators to grow the brand nationally.

Tacos are one thing, but Birria style tacos are on a whole different level. They're made with a labour of love and packed full of flavour. But that’s not all we do. We specialise in different types of tacos to cater to all walks of customers and their tastes. Here’s a summary of our key items:

Tacos are versatile. They are easy to make and require minimal amount of space. That’s why we offer 3 different store models to provide flexibility.
SABROSA TACOS - COCINA
- Street food on the go. Primarily takeaway with potentially 8 seats (max)
- Size: c. 500 ft²**
- Perfect for: Takeaways, Food Retail Parks & Food Trucks
- Total Investment starts from £40k*
SABROSA TACOS - CLASICO
- A dine-in Taqueria style restaurant with around 20 seats
- Size: c. 900 ft²
- Perfect for: high footfall areas, high streets, towns
- Total Investment starts from £80k*
SABROSA TACOS - GRANDE
- The full Sabrosa Tacos dine-in experience with around 40 seats
- Size: c. 1800 ft² +
- Perfect for: high footfall areas, major high streets, large towns & cities
- Total Investment starts from £150k*

INVESTMENT & FEES
We would expect prospective franchisees to have at least 50% liquid capital available. We work with leading franchise banks who can help secure up to 50% funding.
We’re offering a discounted Franchise fee of £3,995 for early adopters. Further discount available for multi-site deals.
Monthly management fees are fixed. The fee depends on the chosen model. We’re flexible on this and early adopters will get discounted rates – starting from as little as £300 per month*.
The monthly marketing fee is fixed at £250 per month.
WHY US
AUTHENTICITY
We spent 6 months studying and taste testing the best recipes to bring as much authenticity to the table as possible. As soon as we hit the sweet spot; even our Mexican friends approved! We use a blend of 9 chiles & spices in our Birria. Our tortillas are made from fresh corn masa. We pile on heaps of onions and coriander; just like our amigos in Mexico! Mexican cuisine has been bubbling under the radar for years in the UK and 2025 is seen as the breakthrough period with customers wanting a more authentic experience.
HALAL MEXICAN FOOD
There’s no doubt Muslims have been craving authentic Mexican food, and we’re here to serve their needs. We use Prime-Aged Black Angus Beef which is HMC certified. Every single item on our menu is Halal (including our drinks too!). The Halal food industry is seeing massive growth and will be worth £2 billion by 2028. Birria style tacos are huge over in the states and has slowly been creeping over to the UK. There are only a handful of restaurants that serve this style of tacos; and even less so Fully Halal.
