Wasabi has multiple formats which successfully deliver volume, profit, and return on capital through simple and efficient operations.

As we continue our journey, we are on the lookout for quality partners to grow within selected territories and markets.

What we’re looking for;

Passion for the restaurants sector, food and the customer
Operating experience of reputable, multi-site, food or retail concept with group sales more than £5million, with a demonstratable track record of opening new locations to help drive growth
Financial stability with access to capital liquid assets of £3.5million, and able to demonstrate a net worth of £7million
Strong operational focus with ability to develop people, ideally previous knowledge of being part of a franchise system
Potential to grow, with development agreements in the region of 10 stores over 5 years on offer.
