Our training is very comprehensive. You will spend 1 week at our original Brighton store where you will witness the day to day running of a franchise and be introduced to our product and business practices. You will then spend 2 weeks at Head Office learning about everything that happens behind the scenes. Finally you will spend 1 week with another franchisee in their store and have the opportunity to run a store whilst being monitored by them; you will basically put what you learned into practice. As a franchisee you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of your store. You will be hands on and will work very closely with your team.
