Gallones Franchise

Gallone’s franchise is a chain of premium ice cream parlours. Established in 1895 by the Gallone family, Gallone’s produces the finest ice cream from their factory in Northampton.

Since 1938 we have been distributing our ice cream via vans around the Northampton area. By 2013, we had 50 vans and were distributing it to key vendors and supermarkets across the U.K. It was this success that led us to take on a new venture, Gallone’s Ice Cream Parlours.

In 2013, Gallone’s opened their first ice cream parlour next door to their factory. The parlour with its family-friendly appeal, proved very successful, and enquiries from customers asking about opening their own Gallone’s parlour, soon led the company to pilot a franchise in the nearby town of Market Harborough. The replicated success of this store led Gallone’s to start franchising their concept across the UK.

Our parlours serve over 50 flavours of ice cream, as well as specially blended coffee and ice cream sundaes. Additional sales are made from the birthday parties we run in our stores.

As well as Gallone’s ice cream parlours, 2017 saw the launch of the Gallone’s kiosk.

Gallone’s franchise are looking to hear from hard working individuals who are fun focused and keen to be part of an exciting team. You need to be customer focused as customers are key to the success of your business.

We will support you every step of the way including finding you the right property at the right price, getting your parlour ready for opening, intensive training and working with you and your team when you start trading and analysing how to get the most from your business.

Depending on the size of your business, you will need to budget for £130,000 to £180,000.
