Tim Hortons franchise is now in the UK. The iconic Canadian coffee shop franchise known for its freshly brewed coffee and donuts, and its’ signature Tim Bits product, is expanding its brand across the UK.

Tim Hortons was established in Canada in 1964 by ice hockey player Tim Horton. The company has undergone many changes over the years but its’ popularity has allowed it to continue to dominate the Canadian market so much so that it has become the largest quick service restaurant franchise in the country and one of Canada’s best loved brands. Tim Hortons now has over 4700 restaurants worldwide.

One of the key factors to their success is their all-day menu serving customers breakfast, noon and night, whether it be muffins or brioche for breakfast, panini or wraps for lunch or a crispy chicken sandwich for dinner. And there is always time for donuts!

Tim Hortons is now focusing its expansion efforts overseas with the UK a key market for developing the Tim Hortons franchise brand.

The master franchise rights to Tim Hortons UK was bought by in 2017 by the SK Group who have opened stores in Glasgow, London, Dunfermline, Cardiff, Manchester, Belfast; by the end of 2018, there were 21 Tim Horton stores opened in the UK. At the end of 2018, Tim Hortons UK signed up their first franchise partner who have agreed to open a number of Tim Hortons franchises in Scotland.

Tim Hortons franchise UK are looking franchise owners across the UK. We are looking for prospective owners with the infrastructure, experience and support to operate a multi-unit retail franchise operation.

Franchise partners need to be able to fund £1.25m total, with at least £650k liquid.

Food and QSR experience in beneficial, but not critical, ideally have run their own business.
