Uncle Sams Franchise

Uncle Sam Hamburger Express franchise is a fast-casual restaurant specialising in burgers. Established in 1971 in Brighton, Uncle Sams was the place to go for those looking for a real Hamburger.

We provide our customers with burgers - beef, chicken and vegetarian - made from the finest ingredients. We only start cooking when the order is made so everything is fresh; we don’t pre-cook food.

There are over 12 Uncle Sam Hamburger franchises across the South East. We now have plans to expand throughout the UK and looking for motivated individuals to join us.

The typical start up cost of an Uncle Sams Hamburger Franchise is £110,000; you will require £27,500 of your own money to invest.

Our training is very comprehensive. You will spend 1 week at our original Brighton store where you will witness the day to day running of a franchise and be introduced to our product and business practices. You will then spend 2 weeks at Head Office learning about everything that happens behind the scenes. Finally you will spend 1 week with another franchisee in their store and have the opportunity to run a store whilst being monitored by them; you will basically put what you learned into practice. Going forward you can contact us at any time for support.

As a franchisee you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of your store. You will be hands on and will work very closely with your team.
