Rustico Italiano is a traditional Pizzeria and Neapolitan eatery offering fresh Neapolitan food available to eat in, take-away or have delivered to your door. Rustico Italiano was born from childhood memories of the food that our family ate in Italy using recipes handed down over generations.

Rustico Italiano was established in the historic town of Hastings on the south coast of England in 2015 as a small authentic Neapolitan Street Food eatery.

The business grew organically over the next 6 years and by 2021 there were 8 Rustico eateries covering communities along the south coast including Hailsham, Eastbourne, Lewes, Hove, Brighton, Battle, Bexhill and the original site in Hastings.

Whether you are an experienced restaurant professional or someone who has never worked in a restaurant as long as you can bring the passion for customer service and have a positive attitude to the hard work required to making a restaurant successful on an ongoing basis then we will support you every step of the way.If you are interested in becoming a franchisee of our successful restaurant group, we would love to hear from you.
