Redundancy led to franchising
Bluebird Care franchisees, John and Jane Perry, bought their franchise after the threat of redundancy loomed over them. Looking at what else was out there, the care industry stood out for them due to first-hand experience they had with a relative who had received a poor service of care. Inspired to do better, they had to find the right partner to work with, and after much research they knew Bluebird Care was the perfect choice for them.
