Roly’s Fudge is a handmade crumbly fudge company making fresh fudge in front of customers every day. We have nearly 50 shops across the country. The company has run since 1987 in the family kitchen of the founders where they acquired an antique copper cauldron and made their first batch of vanilla clotted cream fudge. The founders first started the franchisee business in the mid 1990s with the opening of Ilfracombe in north Devon.
