New business wins for robertson technologies

na
robertson technologies, the Leith-based IT support and consultancy firm has taken a major step forward by winning three significant new pieces of business worth a total of £75,000 over the next three years.

The company, which employs 6 staff from its converted warehouse home in Leith already turns over £350,000 and has 50 clients on its books. Now, however, it has added three new organisations to its client portfolio: property operator, Scottish Apartment, Thrive, the high-profile networking business and The Norman Group, the UK nationwide building maintenance company. Each has contracted with robertson technologies to look after their IT requirements.

Hamish Robertson, MD of robertson technologies, said: “We don’t let our clients get anxious over IT matters; when they use us, we deliver solutions and not problems. The three new pieces of business came largely through recommendation of this approach and we’re quite delighted with it.”

Tim Martin, MD of The Norman Group, said: “We appointed robertson technologies to be our IT specialists because we liked the fact that they act like partners to our business rather than simply suppliers. We also like their positive approach and their determination to deliver a quality service at a value for money price.”

robertson technologies recently launched a management franchise scheme which should see its turnover grow dramatically over the coming years and lead to 5 new jobs in Edinburgh plus a further 50 jobs across Scotland over the next 5 years as franchises are awarded across the Scottish and UK territories.  robertson technologies aims to award 20 franchises over the next 3 years.
