Charity donation by Scottish Martin & Co franchise owner

na

FIFE office has helped local schoolchildren with their ‘Maine chance’ – by helping to equip them for a skiing trip to the USA. Pupils from Glenrothes School High are heading off to Sunday River in Maine at Easter. In an effort to give them a financial boost, Martin & Co Kirkcaldy, have donated £500.

The money will be used to purchase high visibility ‘ski trip’ T-shirts for each participant. These will give the pupils something to remember the trip by, but also make it easy to identify members of the group, especially in airports and other busy places.

Director of Martin & Co Fife, Nora Rojas - Sinclair said: “We were delighted to help the school, especially with something practical that will assist the trip’s safety and security. We wish the pupils all the best and hope they have a wonderful time.”

Teacher Chris Barr who is organising the trip said: “Martin & Co have been brilliant.

“We’re very grateful for their help and support. I am sure all the pupils will look very smart in their new attire!”

(Nora and her husband Iain also own Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy offices.)
