Scottish Franchise Week 2006

The British Franchise Association Franchise Group for Scotland was proud to present Scottish Franchise Week 2006. Beginning on 29th May, the week was packed full of events. Educational seminars were organised for those interested in franchising and wanting to learn more. Over 250 delegates attended the Business Breakfast, providing them with an excellent opportunity to network with industry representatives. The British Franchise Exhibition, attended by hundreds of potential franchisees was the climax of the week.

CLIMBING TO THE TOP

Swisher in Scotland has played its part in the successful completion of the WaterAid Munro Challenge 2005. John Ross from Swisher Central Scotland and Mike Heriot from Swisher Edinburgh, ably assisted by their two sons Iain Ross and Iain Heriot, were part of the challenge to raise £300,000 in funds for WaterAid (and climb to the top of most of the mountains over 3,000ft in Scotland, England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland on the same day).
