Tezlom is a healthcare recruitment agency franchise specialising in the recruitment of Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses. Tezlom have supplied to some of the biggest care providers in the UK for the last 13 years.

We provide staffing solutions to national, private, and public healthcare organisations including nursing homes, supported living services, critical care services and mental health hospitals.

Established in 2008, Tezlom is a family run business. We currently have over 40 office staff and 500 agency workers.

We are expanding across the UK and looking or the right people to join our network. Those who physical live and breathe the Tezlom brand; we encourage transparency and so want our franchisees to actively be known in their local area.

You do not need any previous experience within healthcare or recruitment to open a Tezlom franchise, you just need to have the passion to become an entrepreneur and the drive to run a successful healthcare recruitment business. You will need to be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple roles.
