The role of a Sylvian Franchisee
Our business model is a ‘Management Franchise’. We do not expect you to personally provide the care. Instead, you’ll focus on recruiting and nurturing a skilled team, whilst you focus on driving growth through effective decision-making and planning.
As a Sylvian Care franchisee, your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, inspire your team, and maintain high-quality care standards.
- Client Relations: Engage with clients and their families to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to care regulator standards and requirements.
- Financial Oversight: Handle cash flow, invoicing, and maintain profitability.
- Marketing: Foster community relationships and expand your client base.
While you’ll start off with a hands-on approach, you'll be able to delegate tasks as the business expands, giving you more time to focus on long-term growth.
