Zinglet is a British hot chicken quick-service restaurant brand that combines high-quality, freshly breaded buttermilk fried chicken with innovative, North American-inspired flavour combinations.

The brand was founded in 2025 by Khalil Rehman and Gul Nawaz, co-founders of Caprinos Pizza. After starting Caprinos in 2015, the pair have scaled the brand through franchising to more than 120 global locations. Today, Caprinos is one of the UK’s fastest-growing franchised pizza takeaways, with more than 110 locations across the country.

Created as a standalone brand, Zinglet will serve a carefully crafted menu of freshly breaded, made-to-order hot chicken. Built around bold flavour, the menu centres on wings, tenders, and burgers, all available in four distinct spice levels to suit every palate.

Zinglet’s hot chicken is finished with a unique blend of herbs and spices, delivering a signature taste that sets it apart.

Zinglet will open its first location in Birkenhead in May, with more locations set to open soon, Over the next 12 months, the brand is aiming to scale to at least 15 stores.
