One Element is a fitness franchise with a difference. We put a lot of focus on being social. We care about our members and want them to connect socially in an inclusive, positive and fun environment.

One Elements helps our members get fit outdoors in group activities. Our trainers and members know each other by name and will be motivating each other throughout the session. They’ll ensure that everyone is included and part of the team. We’ve created a supportive and positive atmosphere that is very inclusive of new members. We frequently receive feedback from members that our training has been life-changing for them.

One Element activities therefore tend to be group based, e.g. group HiiT fitness training in local parks, combined with an active social programme creating local community hubs.

Alongside international sports players and coaches, we have been developing our social fitness programmes since 2007.

The outdoor fitness market allows for a low cost entry with many opportunities to grow.
