Pro Elite Football Academy runs toddler and kids football coaching sessions. Our fun football sessions are aimed for young children to build the foundations of their active lives and develop football skills, social skills, and increase confidence levels.
Ali Mustafa created Pro Elite Football Academy in 2016, starting with just 2 players for the first 2 months. Since then, he has grown Pro Elite Football Academy to a team of over 50+ coaches, 14 locations and 1,600+ players.
Due to its success, Coach Ali was invited to join the team at Tottenham Hotspur (2021 – 2022) and more recently, Arsenal (2022–present) as U8 lead coach at Hale End.
Since launching the Franchise model in 2022, we currently have 3 Franchisees who will help us achieve our mission of not only being the biggest, but the best academy in the UK. We are looking for partners across the UK to run single or multi-unit territories.
The Franchise Opportunity
We will train you to be “the go-to” icon in your community for parents looking for an organisation to develop their children.
You will be overseeing the development of young footballers and coaches, spending your time visiting and observing the sessions being put on under your banner and finding ways to improve the delivery and the value for each individual.
We work with you to identify coaches, venues and facilities to ensure that you are finding the right individuals at the right times to help you grow.
We will teach you how to scale your business, so you can use your time to think and grow the Academy, whilst being able to step-back and work with the team that we put around you to grow the value-adds that your Academy can bring.
Franchisee income stream breakdown
- Indoor academy sessions (18 mths-7 years) – 60%
- Holiday camps, football & fun – 10%
- PE lessons in school – 10%
- Grassroots teams U7+ - 10%
- Birthday parties + 1-2-1’s – 5%
- Merchandise sales – football kits, footballs and more – 5%
How we support you
One-on-one support with our Founder and bi-weekly catchups with other Franchise Owners to identify what is and what isn’t working, to go from 0-1 and then 1-100.
We allow you to focus on the delivery of the sessions. Everything from sourcing facilities and coaches, creating a syllabus and training your coaches, to marketing and handling enquiries is done both with you and for you.
From signing to launching takes 6 weeks. Both in and at our HQ, over Zoom and even with you in your own area to ensure your start is as fast as you need it to be.
