In a surprising move, during his initial franchisee training, James decided to tear up his business plan and go ‘all-in’ on one of MPP’s exciting new services. Fast-forward to today he’s reaping the rewards of his brave and ambitious approach.

After 20 years of friendship Beatrice Kinyua and Purity Mwangi opened their own care business in Edgware and Finchley. Beatrice, who has a background in finance, economics and auditing and Purity, a PA in a London-based investment firm for nearly two decades, first met over 20 years ago in Kenya.

Arpan Patel, owner of GoodOaks – Wimbledon and Kingston, started his professional career in finance after completing a degree in Maths from the Imperial College London. After working in the sector for 10 years he decided to follow a passion of his and went into property development. Arpan found he really enjoyed getting to know his clients and loved seeing how with his help and experience he was able to help people create their dream home.

For many years before joining GoodOaks, Fiza was an Air hostess for an International airline. She became familiar with the homecare sector whilst she was looking after her mother-in-law who she cared for, for many years. In 2020 she opened up her own franchise in Aylesbury covering the surrounding areas, determined to use her experience as an unpaid carer to help people people in the form of a homecare franchise.

GoodOaks New Forest is run by husband and wife Anne and George. Anne previously worked as a Registered Nurse, for years she had dreamt of running her own business and in 2018 she took the leap of faith and opened GoodOaks in the New Forest.
