And it’s their caring nature that led them to set up their home care business, Sylvian Care Woking, in 2022. The brothers wanted to make a difference. Paul was working in accountancy, and Dan was feeling unfulfilled in his role as an insurance consultant. ‘Why am I putting all this effort in?’ Dan thought and instead he decided it was time to start his own business.
