Bootcamp Pilates is a fitness franchise specialising in Pilates. However, unlike traditional Pilates, Bootcamp Pilates uses a technique called Dynamic Reformer Pilates.

Instead of using mats, we use state of the art reformer machines. These machines are great for a no impact stretching and toning workout for your muscles without risking injury to your joints.

Our Dynamic workouts are energetic, exciting and innovative and are done to a high impact music soundtrack; a great way to stayed toned and lose weight.

Our clients are able to gain muscle tone, lose weight and improve their flexibility in as little as 12 weeks.

Recent market research suggests that more consumers are turning away from traditional, binding gym memberships in favour of micro boutique studios with flexible packages, such as Bootcamp Pilates.

We opened our first Bootcamp Pilates studio in London 2005.
