Our gym are very customer centric. Coaches are dedicated to working with their clients to create a personalised fitness plan for them. The plan is then uploaded to the Fitness Space App and clients can use the app to connect it to the studio equipment to track progress as well as keeping in touch with their coaches. We also offer non-invasive DNA testing to help plan fitness programmes.

As well as being able to work through their plan at their own pace, we also have Fitness Space personal trainers to work with clients. Coaches monitor progress and adjusts the fitness plan accordingly.
