Tell us a bit about yourself and what you were doing prior to buying a franchise business?

“My brother and I have run our own company for a number of years building up an excellent reputation in the local area for our products and services. The idea of a PCL franchise was attractive to us as it has opened the doors to a much wider range of help and product.

We were delighted with what the PCL Franchise offered regarding their comprehensive product range and as important to us was the help that came with it. What training and support did you receive initially and ongoing?

We’ve just launched our new website designed by PCL and intend it to be the core of our 2017 marketing programme. The PCL marketing department led us through the design process and will help us with the all-important SEO and PPC facilities.
