Like Pieminister’s classics, this new range is deep filled with delicious, sustainable ingredients, but they’ve switched the shortcrust for a lighter filo pastry. The flavour profiles are different too, taking inspiration from the furthest culinary corners of the Mediterranean. From Morocco and Tunisia to Greece, with an emphasis on vibrant vegetables and distinctive herb and spice blends, the pies are packed full of goodness.

PIEMINISTER FRANCHISEES EXPAND TO BATH, TO OPEN IN DERBY
UK-based pie brand Pieminister continues its franchise expansion in partnership with food franchise specialists Seeds Consulting. Their latest restaurant opened recently in Bath, Westgate Street by franchisee Harry Roberts, becoming the 16th site in Pieminister’s estate. The new open is achieving great success, with the franchisee already making plans for their second site.

Pieminister has added a gravy fondue to its restaurant menu after fans on TikTok got behind the idea and demanded to try it. A feast designed for sharing, diners are invited to get their dip on with a hot, steamy pot of rich, thick gravy surrounded by a choice of delicious dippers, from free range British cocktail sausages, parsnip and kale fritters and onions rings to potato fries, Tenderstem broccoli and more.
