Franchise Leadership with Heart: Sarah Sabater Celebrated at National EWIF Awards!
On Thursday 15th May 2025, leaders from across the UK franchising sector gathered at the NatWest Conference Centre in London for the prestigious NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWIF) Awards. The annual event celebrates the achievements of women driving innovation, leadership, and progress within the franchising industry — and this year, CareYourWay’s CEO Sarah Sabater was honoured as a finalist in the “Woman Franchisor of the Year”, and "Inspirational Women in Franchising of the Year" categories.
Sarah’s recognition reflects her bold and values-driven leadership within the home care sector. Since founding the CareYourWay franchise alongside her family, she has championed a person-centred, ethical approach to franchising — ensuring each franchisee is empowered, well-supported, and aligned with a shared mission of delivering outstanding care.

The CareYourWay team was delighted to attend the event in support of Sarah’s nomination. She was joined by Chief Operations Officer Jonathan Sabater, Head of Brand & Marketing Anna Potgieter, and Rachel Tarrant, Director & Registered Manager of CareYourWay Alton, Farnham & Farnborough. Together, they spent the day celebrating female leadership, connecting with trailblazers across the industry, and honouring the achievements of finalists and winners across all categories.
Now in its 10th year, the EWIF Awards continue to spotlight the women shaping the future of franchising, and the event's atmosphere was charged with inspiration, as speakers shared powerful stories of impact, resilience, and transformation.
