British Franchise Association membership elects new board of directors

The British Franchise Association (bfa) board of directors for the next 12 months has been confirmed with the new appointments of franchisors Steve Bramley, Ken Deary, Craig Brown and Louise Harris.

To ensure it represents all stakeholders in franchising, the bfa’s board comprises 13 franchisors, three franchisees and three affiliates (professional advisers, one of which must be a legal expert), alongside bfa director general Brian Smart. All franchisor and affiliate positions are nominated and elected by members, guaranteeing that the Association’s governance and direction is driven by its membership.
