Dyno-Rod once again named as one of the UK's top franchisors at the 2025 BFA HSBC Awards

We are proud to announce we have once again been recognised among the UK’s top franchisors, having been named a finalist for the Established Franchisor of the Year at the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards 2025.

Often referred to as the Oscars of the UK franchising industry, the British Franchise Awards celebrate outstanding performance, innovation, and the contribution franchisors and franchisees make to their communities and the wider economy.

The prestigious ceremony took place on 6 November 2025 at the Telford International Centre, following the BFA’s Annual Conference. As always, the event as a whole showcased the strength, diversity, and resilience of the British franchising sector.

Being named amongst the very best franchisors in the country is recognition of our unwavering focus on delivering franchise excellence and supporting our network to grow stronger year after year.

This year’s nomination follows Dyno-Rod being Highly Commended in the same category in 2024 – illustrating our consistency in championing growth, innovation, and excellence across our network.

Celebrating another year of progress and innovation

Over the past year, we have continued to make significant strides in our mission to lead the UK drainage and plumbing industry through service development, a focus on brilliant customer service, and empowering our franchisees to achieve success.

Central to this has been the ongoing progress of our Good to Great five-year strategy, launched in 2021, which continues to deliver measurable results for our franchisees.

From diversifying our services to generate an additional £25 million in revenue across the network, to implementing new digital infrastructure and franchisee support systems, we remain firmly committed to investing in growth, innovation, and modernisation.

We have also strengthened partnerships across the UK, helping franchisees expand their reach and deliver even greater service quality in their local communities.

Further recognition from the British Franchise Association is another welcome endorsement of the hard work and the dedication shown by the entire Dyno-Rod family.
