GoodOaks Franchise Partner and Subway Multi-Unit Owner to discuss scaling smart at MUFC
GoodOaks Homecare is proud to announce that Franchise Partner Salman Qureshi, who is also an experienced multi-unit Subway Franchisee, will be speaking at the prestigious Multi-Unit Franchise Conference in Birmingham this October. Salman and his wife Zobia set up their branch of GoodOaks earlier this year, delivering visiting and live-in homecare within Watford and the surrounding areas.
Taking place on the 3rd October, the conference brings together leading multi-unit operators and franchise professionals to share strategies for building successful businesses across sectors.
Salman will join the agenda at 12:10–12:40pm, presenting in a session titled “Scaling Smart: Strategies for Sustainable Multi-Unit Expansion”. The session will cover best practices for growth, resilience, and sustainable business development, followed by an interactive Q&A with the audience.
Reflecting on his franchising journey, Salman explained what inspired him to join GoodOaks alongside his existing Subway portfolio:
“I had been looking at setting up a care business for a good few years. The idea came to me when I personally struggled to find quality care for my own mum. I did a lot of research meeting various brands within the care sector, but it just never felt right. I wanted to be part of an organisation where it was about the client before anything else.
I then came across GoodOaks and met Ben & Darius. Their humble and honest approach to the business is what sold it to me. Joining GoodOaks would give me the opportunity to provide quality care to people the way I would have wanted it for my own mum. GoodOaks’ gradual growth with the right partners and a simple business model focused on franchisee success just seemed like the perfect fit.
It has been a great journey so far and I’m very excited about the future ahead.”
