Dream Doors makes Elite Franchise's Top 100 for 6th year running
Brackley-based kitchen makeover company, Dream Doors has once again been voted one the UK’s top franchised businesses. In the hotly contested HSBC EF100 awards, Dream Doors moved up in the rankings for the 6th year in succession, rising to 13th place for 2023.
Managing Director, Justin Gilbert, said: “This is great news, and just reward for the efforts of everyone at Dream Doors, most notably our franchisees and support staff. It’s been a tough few years for many franchisors, but the resilience of both our network and our business model has seen us flourish instead.”
The Elite Franchise Top 100 awards, sponsored by HSBC, assesses franchised businesses in several key areas, including longevity and size, performance, contribution to the wider community, support and innovation. 24 judges from the franchise industry, including the senior leadership team at the British Franchise Association, reviewed hundreds of entries to determine the top 100 franchises in the UK today.
Dream Doors placed 44th at the inaugural EF100 awards back in 2018, rising to 38th the following year, before hitting the top 20 in 2020 and now the top 15. That list includes some of the most prestigious and decorated franchised brands, as well as international household names like Subway and Papa Johns.
Established in 1999, Dream Doors has grown to become the UK’s #1 kitchen makeover company and is now part of Neighbourly, the world’s largest parent company of homes services brands. It is also a long-standing full member of the British Franchise Association. Dream Doors has almost 100 showrooms throughout the country, with less than 20 new territories remaining and a handful of existing businesses for sale. The company holds a 9.7 out of ten rating on independent review website Checkatrade, based on over 24,000 reviews and 140,000 installations.
