Celebrating growth and connection at the GoodOaks conference 2025
Recently we were thrilled to welcome over 80 franchise partners, care leaders and colleagues from across the country to the beautiful Nici Hotel in Bournemouth for our annual franchise conference 2025. The day was all about coming together as a network to reflect, learn, and look ahead. We had a packed schedule of engaging sessions, empowering talks and meaningful conversations on our GoodOaks conference 2025.
The event gave everyone the opportunity to reconnect with fellow franchise partners and share the successes and lessons from another year of delivering outstanding care.
Inspiring leadership and practical insight
We were joined by Tim Jones from Kaizen Consultants, who delivered a keynote session on scaling businesses while staying true to values-based leadership. Drawing on both research and real-world experience, Tim’s talk struck a chord with many of our franchise partners who are on their own exciting journeys of business growth.
We also welcomed representatives from Access, who introduced their new care rostering system and joined us for an engaging breakout session to explore how this new technology can support operational efficiency and high-quality care delivery.
Our franchise partners also took part in panel Q&As, roundtable discussions, and informal networking all designed to help strengthen local operations and share best practice across our powerful network.
Whether it was a first-time attendee or a seasoned more established franchise partner, the energy and collaboration throughout the day truly reflected the spirit of the GoodOaks community.
A huge thank you to our sponsors
We couldn’t have made the day happen without the support of our fantastic sponsors. A heartfelt thank you goes to Printed.com, Access, Borderless, HSBC, and Gloveman for their continued partnership and belief in the power of our network.
