More women than ever are starting their own franchise businesses, says not-for-profit industry body Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF). The franchise industry, once viewed as male-dominated, is seeing an increasing number of women investing in businesses, and succeeding, to become dominant players in their subsequent franchise industries.  The Travel Franchise, one of the UK’s fastest growing travel franchises, has seen an increase in women joining its team.
