Our national call centre and online booking facilities allow our customers to requests jobs 24/7 which are automatically offered to the appropriate franchisee via our technology platform.

Most of our new franchisees start as a single-person operation, or “Man in a Van” (MIAV). As the business grows, along with your knowledge and skills, the workload will undoubtedly increase, so the time will come when you decide to either employ staff and take this business to the next level or find ways to manage your capacity and maintain your lifestyle. Either way, our support staff help you reach your goals.
You and Two
For those looking to leverage the brand and enhance their earning potential, this business model affords the opportunity to have more of a managerial role; allocating jobs to staff members with the appropriate skills whilst still being hands-on for half a day. With our experience in this industry, field staff will help you determine what skills you best employ to complement your team, expand your job portfolio and customer base.
Growth in this business can be perpetual. This could expand to operating out of commercial premises with a team of trades and admin staff. A Hubby with a business at this level tends to oversee the business rather than work on the tools.

Our two-week training course creates instant operational expertise that would otherwise need to be acquired through trial and error. We like our Hubbys to ‘work smarter, not harder’, we embrace technology and have services to help with all the administrative aspects of business management. We have a custom-built CRM accessible from your desktop, tablet or mobile device. You can generate quotes and invoices, track all your customers and suppliers and have all your accounting information automatically replicated to the Xero accounting system.
Our franchisees are not in competition with each other. We have created a concept we call “Cell Groups” which consist of local franchisees; they work well together, sharing knowledge, tricks and tips, often helping one another out on the job. The support network of our franchisees is like no other in this industry.
The cost of a Hire A Hubby franchise
