Home Instead - making lives better for everyone

Home Instead provides a solid foundation from which to grow a highly successful business.

With a proven business model, a supportive network of over 260 franchise offices and a 70 strong national office team, Home Instead franchisees are provided with all they need to thrive, which has led many owners to expand their businesses into significant multi-unit operations.

Your chance to build a substantial business

The home care sector is booming, we have an ageing population and families are increasingly making this their preferred choice for their loved ones. Home Instead’s impressive growth reflects this rise in popularity.

As a global and well-established name, Home Instead’s care is borne out of a proven formula, developed over many years. Always innovating, we meet the changing needs of older people and an ageing population.

Home Instead leads from the front

Franchisees joining Home Instead can rest assured that the business is led by a powerhouse in the care sector, Martin Jones MBE. Initially joining the sector following his experience in caring for his father who needed support, Martin came to understand the importance of home care and the positive impact it could have on families like his.

Shortly after, Martin joined Home Instead, initially as Chief Operating Officer in 2011. He went on to be Managing Director and then CEO – overseeing over 255 franchise offices that deliver care to thousands of clients. Martin was made an MBE in 2023’s New Year Honours for services to older people.

Your opportunity to be part of the UK's No. 1 homecare franchise company

To be part of Home Instead’s continuing success and growing network, there is now limited time to secure your own franchise office and make a positive impact in your local community.

Widely acknowledged as industry leading, not only for their successful business model, but for the outstanding care it provides, Home Instead provide franchisees with all they need to thrive. From full and ongoing training, guidance and advice, Home Instead franchisees also benefit from an exceptional business model that has been proven since the business was established almost 20 years ago in the UK.

As a management franchise, experience in the care sector isn’t essential, however a desire to care for others, the development of your team and to grow your business utilising your previous career experiences and skill-set are required.

With final territories remaining, there are opportunities in the North East, East of England, Northern Ireland and Wales both new and resale opportunities.

If you have entrepreneurial flair and a genuine desire to help people age independently, please just get in touch – we would love to speak to you and help you on the path to setting up your own home care business.
