Caremark celebrates 20 years of franchise growth with customer wish initiative

To mark 20 years of growth as a leading UK home care franchise, Caremark has launched its Care for a Wish initiative - an anniversary campaign that puts the people it supports at the heart of the celebration.

Care for a Wish will see 20 life-enhancing wishes granted to individuals receiving care from Caremark’s locally owned offices. With each wish worth up to £1,000, the campaign showcases Caremark’s commitment to delivering personalised, meaningful care - made possible by the reach and dedication of its national franchise network.

Running throughout 2025, the initiative invites customers to submit their wishes with support from their local Caremark team, and the selected 20 entries will be granted throughout the year. Wishes can range from once-in-a-lifetime experiences like hot air balloon rides or dream days out to personal, meaningful gestures such as afternoon tea with family or a peaceful boat trip.

Care for a Wish is one of three flagship campaigns launched under the banner ‘20 Years of Improving Lives’, designed to mark the anniversary while giving back to customers and local communities. Alongside this initiative, Caremark has introduced a national photography competition, What is Care?, which explores the meaning of care. A grassroots movement, 20 Acts of Community Care has also been put into action, where local Caremark teams are delivering impactful gestures of kindness within their communities.
