BURGER BOI CAPTURES NEW DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR FROM HERO BRANDS

Burger Boi has appointed a senior figure from Hero Brands to spearhead its franchise development throughout the UK and worldwide.

Chris Palmer joins Burger Boi from Hero Brands as Development Director and will be charged with developing and growing brand partnerships across the region.

Burger Boi currently has 15 outlets in the UK with ambitious plans to grow the brand further in the UK and worldwide.

Burger Boi owner Surj Bassi believes Chris Palmer’s experience will be invaluable in strengthening the senior team and growing Burger Boi through franchising.

He said: “Chris joins us as we embark on significant growth and his experience will be crucial in developing new multi-site partnerships which will expand the reach of Burger Boi.”

Chris brings over 15 years’ experience in the franchising sector, having previously held the position of Franchise Director for Hero Brands and German Doner Kebab, overseeing the opening of 100 new restaurants in the UK over a 4 year period.

His previous roles also include driving the growth of Taco Bell across UK and Europe.

He said: “It’s very exciting to be joining Burger Boi as it forges ahead with plans to dominate the QSR burger market’.

“We are building an amazing brand of the future and I am looking forward to moving at pace with our multi-franchise partners to bring the brand to even more consumers throughout the region."
