Having undertaken two years of study and passed an interview with a panel of franchising experts, Harry Brown, Franchise Recruitment Executive, has now obtained QFP status with the British Franchise Association (bfa).

Harry said: “I’m very proud of what I’ve achieved with the bfa and hugely grateful to TaxAssist Accountants for encouraging and supporting me to further my studies to increase my skills set and field of expertise.

“The course was both practical and theoretical with ethics and best practice at its core which will hold me in good stead as I guide potential franchisees through the recruitment process to joining our network.”

QFP is the only nationally recognised qualification specific to the franchising industry. It signifies a highly developed level of expertise and experience in franchising and a thorough understanding of its complexities, ethical standards and best practices. It is specific to an individual and is given in recognition of a personal level of commitment, time and continuous professional development by a member of the franchising community.

The qualification is awarded by the bfa, an organisation which has been responsible for setting quality standards for UK franchising since 1977. The association delivers a world-renowned education portfolio and provides a value rich platform for franchisors, franchisees, and professional advisers to connect.
