Revive!'s Outstanding Commitment to Leadership and Culture Gains Industry Recognition
Year on year Revive! Auto Innovations, the UK’s leading SMART repair network wins major awards for every aspect of their business – but perhaps the most important accolade so far was achieved this weekend when Revive! won the Leadership and Culture award in the 2023 HSBC bfa British Franchise Awards.
Since the franchise was established over 20 years ago, founders Mark Llewellyn and Terry Mullen have worked hard to ensure their deeply held core values of integrity, outstanding customer service, unity and technical excellence were understood and embraced by everyone as they grew their business. Now their leadership, and the culture they have created, has been officially recognised.
Commenting on the award, joint managing director (operations and finance) Terry Mullen said: “We are absolutely delighted to win this award as it shines a spotlight on the values led culture which has always been at the heart of our business. Having a clear, shared vision has enabled us to go from strength to strength as one united family. We’re all on the same page, dedicated to putting our people and our customers first. Head office staff and franchisees alike buy in to our four clear and powerful core values of integrity, outstanding customer service, unity, and technical excellence, so this award is as much for them as it is for us.”
Already this year Revive! has been awarded a top position in the European Franchise Awards and is shortlisted as an UK Employer of the Year in the upcoming Investors in People (IIP) Awards 2023, further underlining the franchise’s commitment to its team.
Added joint managing director (sales and marketing) Mark Llewellyn: “We continue to build the business by delivering our values. We posted our strongest ever month of revenue in October 2023, surpassing £2M network sales for the very first time. These results clearly demonstrate that the hard work of the whole team and the value that we consistently deliver to our customers goes way beyond just repairing cars.”
