Shoryu Kensington celebrates its first birthday!
Wednesday 4 October 2023 marks one year since Shoryu opened the doors of Shoryu Kensington - the first franchise site with Bowl Life Limited.
To celebrate from Monday 2 October to Thursday 5 October, the ramen bar will offer all customers a special buy one get free on their signature ramen - the classic Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen and their vegan alternative White Natural, when a diner either brings in a birthday card or gets creative and makes one!
On Wednesday 4 October, the actual anniversary wooden masu cups - traditionally used for the drinking sake will be given out to customers as memento.
To complete the birthday week, traditional taiko drums will be played on Friday 6 October to mark one year of opening to thank their customers, staff and Kensington community for their support. Shoryu Ramen often has taiko drummers at special birthdays and celebrations to add an authentic touch to the proceedings.
