Belvoir listed as one of the UK's most inspirational companies
Belvoir, one of the UK’s most successful property management companies, is delighted to feature in the London Stock Exchange Group’s annual report listing Britain’s top 1000 most inspirational companies.
The landmark report, published yesterday, identifies the fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized business across the UK. The 1000 UK companies highlighted are all expanding at an average of 50 per cent a year.
“Real estate is reported as one of the fastest growing sectors with an average annual revenue growth rate of 123 per cent, which is very exciting,” says Dorian Gonsalves, Belvoir’s Managing Director.
“There are currently over five million small business in the UK and so the fact that Belvoir has been recognised by the London Stock Exchange Group as being in the top thousand is a fantastic achievement and testimony to the hard work of everyone in the network.
“The aim of the report is to shine a light on those companies that are proving to be the engine of the UK economy. It is true that Belvoir is developing and growing at a phenomenal rate and last year we increased our number of outlets by 32 per cent.
“This year we have a number of acquisitions of various sizes in the pipeline, which we will continue to acquire centrally as well as assisting our franchise owners to buy out their competitors. In addition to our acquisition strategy we are part way through a successful roll out of property sales across our network, so there are exciting times ahead and it is very satisfying for our franchise owners, senior directors and shareholders to discover that Belvoir has been recognized in this way by such a prestigious organization.
