Awarded for improving franchisee support fourth year running...
We’re pleased to announce that Premier Sport was one of only four franchisors presented with the ‘Continuous Improvement Award’ at the 2015 Best Franchise Awards.
This is the fourth year Premier has entered the awards and this particular accolade is given to those Franchisors which have improved their support and service to their Franchisees year on year.
The awards are based on the results of the Smith & Henderson Benchmark survey, an independent and industry recognised survey. The survey looks at a number of key areas within the franchise model, including Training & Support, The System, Culture & Relationships, Stewardship, Value & Rewards and General Satisfaction.
