Martin & Co launch new franchise recruitment website and portal
Martin & Co has invested in a new franchise recruitment website and franchise portal. The Martin & Co website is the result of 6 months development and now has a number of added features and information for users with easier navigation.
Throughout 2011 Martin & Co focused on their online strategy, launching a new online franchise model. Following the success of the online agents and their customer’s feedback, for the first time, Martin & Co invested in their own in house web developer to build a cutting edge website and portal. A team effort the franchise, sales marketing and web & IT teams were all involved in this project.
Commenting on the launch Scott Burgess, Franchise Director said: “The new website has been completely redesigned and developed in house to give potential new Franchise Owners a more user friendly experience in addition to a modern look and feel to the site
“The strength of the brand has been extended throughout the website emphasising the variety of franchise business model solutions that Martin & Co has to offer including London Lettings and the Student Homes brand.” Scott Burgess commented.
The property franchise site gives users the ability to search for new franchise opportunities and resale businesses available, with the mapping functionality allowing the user to search easily by their area/postcode. The website provides clearer visibility of franchise packages available with emphasis on real life success testimonials demonstrating not just the financial benefits of owning a Martin & Co franchise, but how the franchise model suits a wide variety of business owners from different backgrounds.
Alongside the highly optimised website, Martin & Co are launching a major new initiative, with a Franchise Portal. This secure site is designed to provide the brand with an interface between the franchise department and their customers.
“The site is designed to engage the user and be informative during each step of the decision making process. The Franchise Portal provides immediate delivery of on-line information saving time and introduces a green initiative.” added Scott Burgess.
Once logged onto the Franchise Portal the user can “cherry pick” what they want to explore, with further information on Bank Funding, Business Planning, Premises and Training & Support.
