The first Muffin Break café in Sheffield is set to open at Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre this September, bringing the award-winning bakery café brand to the city for the first time.

The new store will create up to 15 jobs, including both full-time and part-time positions, with recruitment currently underway ahead of the opening.

Founded in Queensland, Australia in 1989, Muffin Break expanded to the UK in 2001 and has since become one of the country's fastest-growing café franchises.

The Crystal Peaks location marks another significant milestone in the brand's continued UK expansion.

Known for its freshly baked muffins, handcrafted sweet and savoury treats, and premium barista-made coffee, Muffin Break will add to Crystal Peaks' vibrant food and beverage offering. As with every Muffin Break café, products will be baked fresh on-site daily, ensuring customers enjoy exceptional quality and freshness with every visit.

Part of the FoodCo UK Group, Muffin Break has been serving communities across the UK for more than 25 years.

The new Sheffield café will offer a wide range of handcrafted muffins, cakes, savouries and made-to-order brunch dishes, alongside premium coffee made from 100% Arabica beans.

Customers will also be able to choose from a selection of freshly prepared light lunch options and seasonal specials.

Designed as a welcoming and contemporary space, the café will provide the perfect setting for everything from a morning coffee and catch-up with friends to a well-earned shopping break or afternoon treat.
