High praise from female Franchise Owners for fourth annual Women in Business event
The Women in Business event is an opportunity for Franchisees to connect with their peers while enjoying an empowering and inspiring itinerary, that touches on many aspects of being a woman in business, within a safe and protected environment.
Held at the Kettering Park Hotel on Wednesday, March 18, attendees were joined by Nikki Senior, a leading Franchise Mindset Consultant, who delivered two thought-provoking workshops on aligning personal values with leadership goals and how professional behaviours impact business growth.
“This is our second women in business event. It is a great opportunity to meet our female business owners and share some good practice. It was inspiring to hear Nikki Senior speak and I’m looking forward to putting some of the ideas shared into practice.” Michelle Hillman, Right at Home Salisbury.
Reflecting on the event, Nikki said: “There’s always something special about seeing a group of women come together to share ideas and work on common challenges.
“It’s clear how much the National Office Team at Right at Home genuinely cares about each individual franchise owner and truly believes in the strength of a network in supporting their common goals.
“It has been a pleasure to be involved in the day, and I sincerely hope that the work we have done together helps female business owners achieve their ambitions.”
The rest of the agenda included sessions on overcoming day-to-day business hurdles. Attendees were able to discuss their challenges in small groups before sharing them with the rest of the room and working collaboratively to come up with practical solutions.
Right at Home High Wycombe Owner, Sam Wright said, “An invaluable day to reflect both on a personal level and for the future of the business too. It provides the mental space to think and to share our experiences. I always come away feeling supported with a stronger sense of ability and focus.”
