Hotville to Open in Alum Rock, Birmingham

The Nashville fried chicken takeaway Hotville will open in Alum Rock, Birmingham within the next three weeks.  The sixth Hotville store which is currently in build, will be run by franchisee Hijrat Safi.

Usman Ganny, Franchisor and Co-founder of Hotville confirmed: “Following the success of the Hotville in Sparkhill, Birmingham, Hijrat was inspired to open in Alum Rock.  From burgers to our wings and succulent tenders, customers love our juicy, fresh fried chicken enjoyed with loaded fries and a shake.  Our diverse, captivating menu using our range of tasty spices and proven preparation has resulted in recent record sales and we felt it was the ideal time to expand.”

Hijrat Safi said: “I’m now excited to open the brand-new Hotville site and am looking forward to serving up our flavoursome fried chicken to the communities around Alum Rock.”

Hotville which currently has five stores successfully trading in Leicester, Birmingham and Nottingham, has an exclusive delivery agreement with UberEats and enjoyed its highest ever performing week between Christmas and New Year.  The franchised company aims to become a national chain will open a further six sites this year.  As a result, applications are now open for new franchisees to set up and run their own successful take away sites in strategic locations across the UK, fully supported by Hotville’s experienced team.

Franchisees will receive full training, support with site sourcing, store fit out, and turn-key opening of stores in addition to professional marketing to maximise a successful launch.  Franchisees benefit from a fully tested business model with an ROI of between16-24months.
