Hotville is a fried chicken fast food outlet which offers an authentic Nashville experience here in UK. What separates Hotville from other fried chicken outlets is our unique heat levels offered transforming the flavours and bringing a new and exciting product as well as disrupting the huge fried chicken market.
Hotville was founded by two sets of brothers with a vision to revolutionise the fried chicken fast food sector. After experimenting with various recipes, they fell in love with Nashville Fried Chicken from Tennessee and spent months perfecting the recipe.
They created unique heat levels and a diverse menu with secret spices to appeal to all tastes. In early 2021, Hotville opened our first store on Uppingham Road in Leicester, quickly attracting food lovers and reviving the local community with our fresh, flavourful fried chicken.
Since then, Hotville has grown from strength to strength and the brand is seeing positive growth within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector with 5 stores open and 5 in the pipeline for early 2026.
It is our aim to develop Hotville nationally and internationally by creating a fun, friendly service with great tasting fresh flavours to bring people together from all cultures, ages and backgrounds.
Hotville was the first Nashville halal brand that specialised in Nashville style chicken in the UK. Currently with 5 locations across the UK, it is the largest Nashville Chicken Franchise.
