Hotville Records Record Sales

The Nashville fried chicken takeaway Hotville, has achieved record sales. Hotville, which currently has five successful stores in Leicester, Birmingham and Nottingham, enjoyed its highest ever performing week between Christmas and New Year, driven by delivery sales on UberEats.
Ali Rajani, Hotville’s co-founder explains: “We have an exclusive delivery agreement with UberEats for our current sites and were thrilled to hear that we achieved our record result for a week of orders on the platform. It’s exciting but our plans don’t stop there! 2026 will be a year of significant growth for Hotville, and we are now inviting franchise applications as a response to continued customer demand.
“Over the past few years, we have worked diligently to develop our unique fried chicken menu, testing many different concepts, until we perfected our offering. As a result, Hotville is now disrupting the growing fried chicken market and we are expanding the brand into a national chain, built on great values, teamwork, support and respect for our franchisees, and our customers keep coming back for more.
“Hotville stands out from other fried chicken brands as we have also invested in the right equipment to ensure superb quality of product and a consistent experience across our stores. We’ve also honed our business model, and systems are streamlined for ease of operation. Hotville’s popularity is taking the fried chicken market to another level and we are proud to serve the communities around our stores. Our experienced team is now ready to support new franchisees set up and run their own successful Hotville take away sites in strategic locations across the UK.”
Arvind Dharur, Uber Eats Head of SMB Expansion in the UK said, “Hotville has gone from strength to strength as an exclusive Uber Eats partner, and it’s been great to watch them scale. Empowering local merchants to build sustainable businesses in the communities we serve is core to what we do, and Hotville is a brilliant example of that in action. Through their delivery offering with us, they’ve been able bring their much-craved menu to more customers than ever before. It’s going to be another exciting year and we look forward to helping the team achieve more record sales weeks.”
Hotville will be exhibiting at the International Franchise Exhibition 17-18 April 2026.
Hotville is set to open three more stores in the coming months with a further three in the pipeline and is now open for applications from professionals looking to invest in a growing, profitable franchised brand. Franchisees will receive full training, support with site sourcing, store fit out, and turn-key opening of stores in addition to professional marketing to maximise a successful launch. Franchisees benefit from a fully tested business model with an ROI of between16-24months.
