Greensleeves hits the road with nationwide regional meetings to supercharge franchisee success

Franchisees from across the Greensleeves Lawn Care network have recently taken part in a nationwide series of regional meetings, designed to deliver the latest training, insight and innovation directly to the people growing the brand on the ground.
Between 2nd and 12th December, the senior team travelled the length of the country – starting in Leicestershire before moving on to Essex, Somerset, Northumberland and concluding in Bradford. Across the tour, 70 franchisees took part in the events.
At each stop, franchisees received a detailed overview of the year, including a recap of 2025 and an exclusive look at plans for 2026. One of the sessions included a guided tour of the Origin Amenity Solutions facilities, while the remaining venues offered additional opportunities to explore specialist turf-care environments. As part of Greensleeves’ new partnership with Origin Amenity Solutions, Technical and Research Lead Kelly Clack delivered specialist technical training, and the Greensleeves leadership team presented focused updates on marketing, business development and ongoing IT advancements designed to support growth and efficiency across the network.
“Our aim was to bring our expertise directly to our franchisees, wherever they are based,” said Cheryl Harper, MD of Greensleeves. “By travelling across the country, we made sure everyone had access to the latest knowledge, tools and strategies to help them grow strong local businesses. It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm and commitment in every region.”
Networking remained a key highlight, giving franchisees time to connect with peers, ask questions and share best practice. “The willingness of our franchisees to learn from one another is one of our greatest strengths as a network,” added Cheryl. “These events proved once again how powerful that collaboration can be – and we’re excited to keep building on that momentum in the year ahead.”
John Lilburne, Greensleeves Mid & South Staffs franchisee, said: “The biggest takeaway for me was seeing what’s coming down the line for future developments in the business. It’s always exciting to understand how Greensleeves plans to diversify and evolve. Hearing about new ideas and innovations gives you that extra motivation because you can see how they’ll help you grow your own business in the months and years ahead.”
John added: “You don’t often find a network where everyone genuinely wants others to succeed. It’s also reassuring to hear that others have faced the same challenges. It puts things into perspective because you realise you’re not the only one, and many have come through similar experiences stronger than before. Being able to share ideas, compare approaches and talk openly about what’s worked is truly invaluable.”
The meetings also followed Greensleeves’ recognition, for the third year in a row, as one of the UK’s leading franchise opportunities in the Elite Franchise Top 100. Sessions like these play an important role in ensuring franchisees receive the training, support and connection they need – a key factor in the network’s ongoing strength and continued success.
