Chaiiwala drive-thru now open in Nottingham
Chaiiwala, the UK’s leading Indian street food café brand, is delighted to announce that its first drive thru location in Nottingham, located at 76-78 Castle Boulevard, NG7 1FP, is now open.
Founded in Leicester in 2015, Chaiiwala is known for its authentic and carefully brewed Karak chai and unique, high-quality street food bursting with traditional flavours. The brand offers a delicious and unique alternative at various mealtimes – from breakfast roti wraps in the morning to Bombay Bowls and Toasties throughout the day as well as indulgent sweet treats. All meals are made with premium and traditional ingredients and based on closely guarded recipes inspired by Indian home cooking.
World-class Karak chai, which is a daily ritual for consumers across South East Asia, is a cornerstone of Chaiiwala’s proposition. Throughout the day, it freshly brews its tea with a secret blend of seven spices, which is served traditionally hot or cold as a frappe or over ice, alongside other tea and coffee-based beverages.
The new opening in Nottingham builds on the success of Chaiiwala’s café on Gregory Boulevard, which first opened in 2019. With two stores in different parts of the city and plans for a third, Chaiiwala is aiming to quickly become the go to destination for flavourful Indian street food inspired options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts.
The openings are part of the Group’s UK expansion strategy. With more than 100 cafes across the UK today, Chaiiwala is aiming to scale to 500 UK locations over the next 10 years as demand for accessible Indian food grows.
